2001 Audio Video

On new years eve we bought the Bose soundtouch 300 soundbar from 2001 Audio Video in the Trinity Common Mall. The sales person misguided us telling us that the bar was 5.1 whereas in reality when we went to the Bose store the bar was just a regular soundbar. When we were buying it the salesperson said we have 15 days for a full refund. When we returned it 10 days later, the same salesperson said that we have to pay 15% for the soundbar, only then they would return it.

I purchased a home theatre in a box from 2001 Audio Video and their service was excellent. The salesman was very professional and knowledged in the subject, and told me the pros and cons of each option. He told me which options were the best for my money as I was on a budget, and I ended up getting a great deal (free tv stand with the bundle) and I am very satisfied from their service. I will definitely shop there again!

pioneer dvr 660 is an excellent dvd recorder. the features are plentiful. it can read pictures from the usb drive, it writes onto dvds, it plays dvds, it records television shows. And it upconverts to high definition!!!

Really enjoyed the service and television. The TV fits great in the house and the wall fit is perfect for the small house. I enjoyed the customer interaction that we recieved.

I just purchased a new stereo system for my living room. 2001 was knowledgeable and really helpful. Love the system...love the company. I would recommend anyone looking for stereo or audio equipment to check them out.
