Alex and team were extremely responsive and experts in their field. The entire process from sales to installation was very smooth and Alex kept me informed every step of the way.
The installers were masters of their craft. They showed up on time each day, worked very efficiently, and cleaned up very well before leaving the site. Virtually no supervision was required, but I chose to be on-site to watch the process and they were happy to showcase their work.
I would recommend New Look Windows and Doors to anyone looking for a great window replacement experience.
