I was in need of new windows for my own home and made the decision to not use Eurostars Windows this time (or ever again) who I used for my 2 income properties due to poor customer service. So happy I did!
From beginning to end Alex exemplified what it is to be a professional in this competitive arena (really appreciated the detailed emailed quote) . He was not pushy and was highly responsive to follow-up messages and amendments. Fair pricing and meets stated timelines. I would request Andre's crew if possible, they were pleasant, fast and hard working. They finished 10 windows in a day but my circumstances did not require casings to be installed so expect more time if you do.
