Overall, these guys are not cheap, but so far I feel I've got service for money paid.
Manufacturing: Still early for test of time, but looks very solid and well made.
Installation: professional courteous installers. Were very careful around home alarm sensors, made it easy to reinstall the sensors. Vacuumed the working areas. Gave detailed instructions on maintenance and settling period.
