I have contacted more than 10 companies from Homestars with high ratings and decided to go with New Look Windows and Doors. They were professional from the onset, scheduled a meeting for the estimates, showed up on time, provided the estimate on the spot and came back the next day with the installer to verify measurements. Although they were not the cheapest, their professionalism convince me to give them my business.

The installation was completed yesterday and I couldn't have been more happy. I can finally vent my bedrooms and no longer have to worry that I cannot open my doors, due to the wood expanding in the winter.

I had a great experience with Eddy and the installation crew from start to finish. The price was competitive, the manufacturing and installation was on schedule, and the install crew took extra care to put down tarps and leave my house clean.

I had 3 doors installed and the team of 2 finished it all in one day, cleaning as they went, and ensured everything was sealed, trimmed, and caulked. I had a minor issue with one door and Eddy returned the same week to adjust it.
