Alex was prompt with visiting the site and providing a detailed quote and was well informed with the products he sells. He was excellent to deal with and kept us informed with delivery time from the manufacturer. Vladamir did a great job on the installation and took away the old door and left no mess.
Over-all, very satisfied with the product and service provided by New Look Windows & Doors and would use them again for other projects.

We replaced house front door . Alex was very helpful to provide us with his professional recommendations regarding suitable options, pros and cons of all options. Window installation

We worked with New Look to replace 30+ windows, including a sliding patio door. Our sales rep Alex was professional and responsive throughout. The initial quote we received was detailed and accurate. The installation was scheduled within a reasonable time frame, and Alex communicated regularly with us. On the day of installation the team was efficient, clean and professional, and the work was completed to our expectations. Overall our experience with New Look was very positive and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

I highly recommend Alex and his team at New Look Windows and Doors. He was incredible to work right from the moment we first spoke. Competitive pricing. Great quality product. Consistent follow up and communication.
Once the doors arrived in, install was scheduled within days. His team came out and did a fantastic job installing. In todays day and age, customer service, communication is very valuable, in addition to quality product. I give Alex an 11 out of 10 for his open, honest, prompt and quick customer service.
