After meeting several installation companies, I chose New Look Windows and Doors for the 2-story bay window installation because Alex was responsive, friendly and their price was competitive. I only talked to installers who do Vinyl Pro windows.

Installation was performed as scheduled. Oleg and team worked non-stop from arrival and cleaned up thoroughly after. They were polite and professional. Oleg also helped clean up the higher-level glass, showed us how to operate the windows and told us to let it dry in 2 days. Hopefully there would no issues going forward but in the event there is I feel like I can rely on their service. I am very happy with their service and would strongly recommend.

Everything was easy. From getting a quote to scheduling the installation and actual installation. Alex was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. The installation was quick and efficient and done with care. Very professional. Highly recommend this company if you want a smooth experience with installation of doors or windows.

New Look Windows & Doors. The installation was fast, and competent. The workers friendly and considerate. The price was significantly lower than that of some other companies for installing vinyl window frames. I am completely satisfied.

We are very satisfied with New Looks. Alex was efficient and knowledgeable. The door was beautiful and the quality was good, and the installers did a great job. We waited for quite some time for it to arrive but it was worth it. I would recommend the services and suggest everyone to look at the options they provide as they are tons.

Both Alex the salesperson and Alex the installer were friendly and efficient at their jobs. The windows and side door are newly installed so I cannot speak to the actual long-term quality of the products, but so far, they look good and seem to be fine.

I had most of the old windows replaced at my house by New Look Windows & Doors. Alex was great to deal with. He was professional, responsive and transparent. The new windows fit, function and feel great. Road noise was reduced and so was my heating bill.
I only wish supply chain wasnt an issue because I did have to wait quite a bit for the delivery date.

Alex was patient and responded to several emails promptly and provided clarification as the specs of the project were developed. The installation crew arrived at the stated time and day as communicated. The installation crew was focused, professional and efficient.
