Quoting: We contacted 3 companies for the project. Alex from New Look Windows and Doors was very knowledgeable about the product and provide many options for our windows needs, he was prompt and responsive. Others were pushier or were reluctant to provide a quote unless we were ready to sign a contract right away. Alex offered extremely competitive pricing so we decided to go with him for the project. Alex stayed in touch throughout the process to finalize the order and make changes, he was responsive to every inquiry and kept us up to date on the order and install date.

Installation: The job was messier then I imagined (no fault to the installer), there was a lot of dust and debris with the brick to brick installation. Vladimir and Alex (installer) were great throughout the installation. They cleaned up the debris as much as they can after each day and pile them on the side of the house. They had the job completed in 4 days (17 windows and 2 doors). There was very minor painting required because the new window trim covered where the old trim was removed perfectly. The crew was very professional, understanding and accommodating to our questions and requests.

The house feels warmer and the furnace runs less to maintain the heat, the house feels more comfortable overall. Of course, the house looks fantastic with the new windows. We are very happy with the project. I would definitely recommend New Look Windows & Doors. Thank You!!

* not related to the installation, none of our inside mounted blinds would fit in the new windows because the new windows are about 1.25 inch smaller than the original ones so the cost of replacing the blind needs to be budgeted into the project.

We used the services of New Look Windows & Doors to change all of our windows and the porch door and we are very happy with the result.

New Look Windows & Doors replaced all the windows and exterior doors at our daughter's house a couple of years ago. We were impressed and so we hired them to replace a shattered exterior sliding glass door unit at our home. This they did last week and we are pleased with the quality of the door and the work they did. Both Alex Strimling and his installers were professional and helpful and the latter carefully explained the operation of the door when they had completed the job. Alex provided a very competitive quote for the specific modern look, steel insulated door that we were looking to install. All during a pandemic. The install was completed in February (well done) and the team showed up on time and were very efficient during the install. I would highly recommend New Look Windows and Doors.

New Look Windows and Doors did a fantastic job - I needed 6 very old windows replaced, as well as a new side door to my garage, and flashing installed around 8 basement windows. The new windows and doors and flashing are beautiful and expertly installed. The crew worked hard in minus 30 and several feet of snow and did a fantastic job retrofitting the windows to my old exterior brickwork and framing. I will definitely call them back when it is time to replace some of my other windows and doors.

I requested a quote from over 6 different window and door companies. New Look Came in a price that was extremely competitive vs the others with products which were basically identical. The choice was easy to make.

Despite the long leadtime between the order date and the installation date, and despite installing them on the coldest day of the year, I was very happy with the service and the New Look!
