Alex came recommended to us by family. He was very professional and insightful during the selection and ordering process. The installation went well. There were a few items we wanted dealt with post-installation. Alex’s guys came back the next day and took care of them.

Alex was pleasant and patiently answered all my questions. I paid for 5 windows including a bay window to be installed. The work was done quickly and efficiently in one day. The work was done last week and looks beautiful. So far so good…I obtained 5 quotes and Alex’s was the most reasonable. The quality of the windows seems satisfactory although I’m no expert. Alex also tells me that he offers a longer labour warranty than other window companies. I believe it is 10 years? He also has the standard 25 year warranty on the windows. I

I had all my windows and doors replaced.

Alex is a pleasure to deal with, he is a consummate professional.
His price and quality was very good, they communicate very well and in a timely fashion. I had a few very minor issues even years later, and Alex quickly responded and resolved my issues to my satisfaction.

Alex offered good advice and a fair price on new windows. Install was delayed due to covid, but the end product was worth the wait. Installers were an excellent father and son team, and did a great job and respected my home. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat.
