Couldn't can been a better experience right from the beginning when Alex provided us with a fair estimate to replace 4 windows and 2 patio doors. He was very knowledgeable and was able to confidently answer all our questions.
Our installation was not without its problems, as you would expect when trying to remove 70 year old windows, however Alex (not the same as the sales person) and Vlad did an amazing job from start to finish. The windows and patio doors finished up beautifully. Everything was completed in 1 day.
I would absolutely use them again and would recommend New Look Windows to anyone. Thank you all for such a positive experience.

Salesman very knowledgeable. Price was competitive.
Doors arrived on scheduled as projected.
Installers , prompt, professional, extremely neat, put down protection on floors, cleaned up after, and NO damage to existing casings.
I would highly recommend them to anyone considering doors or windows.

New Look Windows and Doors installed eight new window panes in my house. I went with this company because they were willing to replace the panes when many other companies were trying to up-sell by insisting I need new panes, jambs and casings, which would cost thousands more. Thanks Alex for selling me what I needed and thanks to the other Alex for installing the windows in a timely and professional manner!

I had to pleasure of dealing with Alex who assisted me in picking out the perfect front and side doors. The timeframe given for installation was right on schedule. The two gentlemen that installed my doors were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The service was above exceptional. I absolutely love my doors.
