I first communicated with Alex through email in which he responded quickly. I then met with Alex a few months back and he answered all my question with regards to replacing my front door. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The two gentlemen that came to install the door were on time and completed the work within a couple hours. I am very happy with their work and the fact that they cleaned everything up and took away the old door. My wife and I are very happy with the final product. I am writing to highly recommend New Look Windows & Doors and to express my happiness regarding the new look of our home. First, I would like to mention that I chose New Look Windows & Doors from 7 different quotes based on honesty, trust, excellent customer service, and based on the great other reviews. Another important note is that Alex, the project manager, was not pushy at all in trying to sell.

We had 10 windows replaced (3 in special shape), a patio door, and the entrance door; everything was done ‘brick to brick’. The experience was just great: from the beginning, Alex carefully listened to my wants/wishes and addressed everything coming up with suggestions. He answered all my questions (I had a list) regarding the entire project and details, he made himself available outside of regular working hours to discuss with me additional changes I decided to make. Everything run smoothly, on schedule, and on budget. The crew was always very punctual, polite and willing to help, did work really really hard, cleaned everything after, and did a great job overall.

In summary, I am extremely pleased with the final product and the experience was outstanding. Very reliable! Do not hesitate to contact them for a quote!

We met with Alex a few months ago, discussed and ordered what was suitable for our front door, sidelight windows plus a screen door. Two workers came and installed the new doors and windows in several hours, cleaned everything up and took away the old window and doors. I am particularly happy that the bar in the screen door doesn't obstruct the storm door window and detract from the appearance of the door. We would recommend New Look Windows and Doors.
