I got a couple quotes for a new front double door and frosted glass window. Alex gave me a MUCH better price, and was very knowledgeable.

The door and window were installed well, and we are very happy.

The only issue we had is that the workers took down a bunch of framed pictures that were high up the walls in our front hall, and left without putting them back up. It was difficult to get them back up.

New Windows has been outstanding in quality and in service from start to finish, any including after service questions. Efficient and always superb quality when completed.

I had a long overdue replacement of my windows. They arrived within the time frame specified and worked non-stop to have 19 windows replaced in one day. I was pleased with their attention to detail and effort or desire to do a good job. They also made sure to clean up as best as they could, given how much fine dust this work generates. They even removed the window tags! Thank you for making it a manageable project for me.

Alex and his team were professional from the get go. Alex was very accommodating after i made a couple of changes. New look replaced my basement windows. They came on time the date agreed, called in advance and showed up as they said they would. I was happy with the windows. Our installer Uri was very experienced and personable. He did a good job. Some of my neighbors are going to contact New Look at my recommendation.
