I used this company twice now. Both times, they did a great job and above and beyond. Very professional! They replaced all my windows and doors. Transformed the look of my house. I would highly recommend these guys.

I highly recommend Alex and New Look Windows & Doors for a job well done. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Alex was very instrumental in ensuring our needs were met. He kept the lines of communication open keeping us informed at all times. My mother could not be any happier with the quality of the doors and the level of professionalism from those installing them. All three doors were installed in one day. The main door is especially beautiful as it is surrounded by tastefully decorated glass which suits the exterior of her home perfectly and is unique. It is even more stunning when viewed from the interior. The lower level door also has a decorated glass in the upper portion of the door which lets in the right amount of natural light and is very complimentary to the main door. The third door is located on the balcony and is just as instrumental in completing the facelift of her home. The totality of the three doors give her home a pleasant new look both externally and internally. There is no doubt the cost of the three doors was money well spent and unequivocally increased the value of her home.

Alex came by our home to have a look at the existing installation. After verifying the dimensions and conditions he gave us a quote. This visit was important for us since our townhome is 30+years old and I wasn't sure how the end product would look (i.e. will there be gaps? how clean the install will appear, duration of install, etc.). Alex took the time to explain everything and check the feasibility of installation. Two weeks after the quote was issued, we had an install date scheduled for the weekend. The guys placed a cover to protect my carpet and floor where they needed to walk with shoes on. Although some protective cover was laid, my living area did still get a little dirty from the dust at time of removing the existing patio door. This is normal and can't be helped. The guys cleaned what they can at the end of the job. New Look took care of everything from removal of existing door, disposal of existing door, delivery, install, and clean-up. The quality of installation appears to be well done. Overall, the install took about 4 hours. Alex takes the time to provide a personalized service, which I think sets him apart from his competitors. I'm satisfied with their work and would definitely return to Alex for future improvements.

Replaced all my windows of my bungalow house ... they were fast and did a great job in less than a day... i am very happy with the price and the job done.

Alex is a gentleman, you can trust on him. First is the time, dead on time and the job was done on a very very professionly way. No mess no dirt. Last summer I installed 42" door, bow window and another 2 windows from Alex. Every thing is under warrenty. I asked him to paint the innside door too (normally inside doors are white, extra money for diff. color). Now i have some problem with the paint and Alex is taking care of it, The door manufacture called me and informed that they are working on this issue. Hopefully they will fix this prob. I will give +++++++++++

He came to our home to discuss the projects prior to start and was so patient and extremely reasonable cost wise for the beautiful quality of work. You wouldn't believe it. My family is in such awe of everything. Anyone who sees their work in our home compliments us. We actually love them so much we plan on having them come in to replace all of our windows in a year, God willing. Again, we would recommend them hands down: and we hesitate to refer as you can never guarantee how someone will be but in this case, I promise you will not regret it. It was great to deal with Alex. He was always responsive in terms of communication, his workers always arrived on time, worked hard, delivery was excellent and his team left the place clean. Price was reasonable and the quality was good. I would definately recommend him and his team to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors.
