He explained how the windows worked and what would work with our budget, always proming top quality products and service. Eddy and the new look windows and doors team did jist that. Always followed up with us, the installers came early and were all very efficient. They made sure everything was completed without issues, stationed all areas with tarps to make cleanup easier. We replaced 13 windows, various in sizes and every one of them look absolutely beautiful and stunning. Great workmanship and quality. There will be more windows to change and Eddy and the new look tram will habe my business again and will recommend to anyone who is looking for top quality products and swrvice

I had such a great experience with New Look. Eddy was absolutely amazing to deal with. He was very friendly and personable and went through all the options with me. Allowed me to customize the windows to suit our specific need. He set expectations on how long it would take to get everything ready and was bang on.

On the day of install, Alex showed up right on time that I was told he would come. Alex busted his butt off all day to get this done all in one day. He was very professional and has a great sense of humor. He took time to show me how everything was put in and how it all works.

During the install it appeared that my ceiling fan might have been hit during the install and when I called it out, Eddy came out very quickly to deal with it. It turns out that it was not due to the installation and it was just coincidence as there was a loose bolt that caused the ceiling fan to come loose and drop a little. Even though it was not there issue, Eddy came by and fixed it up for us and told me what I would need to do if/when this happens again.

Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work that was done and would happily recommend them to anyone. Will definitely be giving them our business the next time we need windows/doors done.
