The crew was well experienced and efficient. they came on time and were friendly. They did a very good job and we are well pleased with the service from the start with the selection (from their showroom), cost estimate of the new door and then the installation.
We plan to use them again for other work

Our estimator sat with us to customize our windows exactly how we wanted. He provided a great quote for our 10 windows and door. We were able to visit the showroom to see the designs in person, which was great. The installation was completed in 1 day, which was great. Highly recommend.

Great news bedroom windows

So glad we chose New Look to do our bedroom and bathroom windows! Everyone was wonderful to deal with, had excellent communication (both over email and phone) and made everything a smooth process. We're very happy with the windows; it's been over a month and they're perfect.. The installation team was fast, clean, and friendly. Highly recommend! And when we eventually do the rest of our windows, I'll be calling them again.
