True to his word the install was scheduled just 5 weeks from order. Thanks to Oleg and team the work was completed within a day. I couldnt be more pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. Alex, and his Team replaced my patio door, and 4 basement windows. The handle for the door chosen turned out to not be the colour we anticipated. Alex told us to pick another colour and he would replace no charge, which we did. we were very satisfied with product, installation, and clean up. we would recommend.

For the second time, we asked New Look to work with us in replacing some windows, this time the basement windows.
