Chris saved us from our renovation nightmare. Our previous renovators abandoned a bathroom mid-way and left us with a half finished bathroom.

Chris came in and re-did all of their shoddy work. It was really an embarrassment before he came in (uneven tiles, a leaky schluter system, wierd cuts). Now, it is the highlight of our home and the first thing we show our guests.

Chris is the ideal contractor -- always on time, diligent, a non-smoker, and he treated our home with such care. He always cleaned up at the end of the day and kept a very neat work area.

We are doing our main floor renovation have done the basement and upstairs, seen many contractors in the past 10 years and done some work ourselves. We were very picky with our main floor as we wanted to ensure this was done right and to our very high standards. We got 4 people to quote for this job roughly 480 square feet. From rip out to tiling. We wanted to ensure the Tiles came up level with the hardwood and wanted very small grout lines and the job done on a 45 degree angle. Chris and Aaron were both extremely proffesional courteous and polite. Chris gave us the most detailed quote about 10 pages long, from rip out clean up screw down, leveling site setup etc to tiling. He was looking to spend over 2 weeks to do 480 square feet of tiling. All the other contractors had to wait until chris was done so everyone was 2 weeks to do your tiling? 10 days later as he worked the whole weekend and we are done. Chris and Aarons attention to detail was shocking. Their planing of where to start and exit routes was such a science. I was home all the time and never heard them talk anything but about the job and each tile was layed with such care. Levels were out square was out. And they used the level system that i have seen on tv by polemaster. They have a camera that takes pictures every few seconds and document their job. Chris spent 6 hours just screwing down the floor working non stop. These 2 really enjoy their job and their attention to detail and how each and every tile is cut and layed is exact, level, square and buttered extremely well. If they lay a tile down and are not happy out come the suction cups and they do it again. If it takes an hour to lay a tricky tile it takes an hour but it comes out 100% perfect. They have the camera as proof. when it comes to clean and no dust. Wow every cut outside my past experience was dust everywhere these guys are neat they lay cloth everywhere including the walkways outside. Wow. if i could give them higher than a 10 i would. Spaces on each tile is one 8th of an inch everywhere using spacers. Very decent very nice people, and i could feel safe to leave my home to run chores as they were so decent. So used to contractors swearing i hate that, These guys talked only about the job if at all, they were preppy well mannered and highly skilled i am so shocked to see such amazing people in a trade these guys will go far and will be coming to my house again!

I started this project as a closet and my wife changed her mind and decided on a bathroom. I got part way thru it and ran out of gas.
Chris saved me from my nightmare, and man is he fussy. I am extremely happy with the result and the process. Chris is considerate to a fault.
Chris also takes his quotes very seriously. They are detailed, he gives timelines, he takes time to thoroughly understand all the problems he may encounter so he does not hand you any surprises. Chris takes care with everything and, in my experience, is a generous person.
