I was referred to Chris's service from a cleaning company which didn't have staff available.
I was hopeful because it was a referral.
Chris sent a cleaner who did a very below average job. The condo was 100% empty with nothing in the way. Nonetheless the kitchen wall above the stove remained grease spotted, the cupboards had crumbs in them, the shower wasn't cleaned at all and finally the apartment smelled worse after Chris's company was finished. I provided a full and wide array above and beyond the requested cleaning products. The staff member and I toured the space together and she reassured me that she could handle the job.
Then she immediately offered to undercut her boss Chris and I could pay her. I ignored the distasteful offer. The next day I came to check on the work done. I was disappointed and contacted Chris who blamed it on me somehow not being clear on dirtiness. That doesn't make sense since the staff member and I saw the place together. I began to show the condo to perspective tenants each one commented on the need for a cleaning.I told them about my experience with Chris's company. Since then I hired a cleaner who did the job

I paid $300.00 for a bad experience. Call someone else.
