I had contacted another furnace company to do a tune up on my furnace. They said I had a cracked heat exchanger and that I needed a new furnace that they quoted $6800 to replace. After calling Carrier and finding out I had some warranty on the exchanger I called Trent. He came and took my furnace apart to check it out. He could have claimed my exchanger was cracked and either charged me to replace it or quoted me to change the furnace. Instead he showed me the inside of my furnace and explained that he di not find any cracks, fractures or anything that warranted a new furnace. He completed the tune up, replaced one small part and left after giving me a detailed inspection report. Quite impressed with his attitude and professionalism. I have added him t omy contacts and he will be the only one I call next time.

Our furnace conked out in the late evening a short while ago and we gave Trent a call. He was at our house in less than an hour. The problem was not immediately fixable as it required a major rebuild and parts that were not available in the city. Trent left us with space heaters and ordered the parts first thing in the morning. He did as much assembly of the replacement parts as possible offsite, reducing the amount of time he had to spend in our house putting everything back together. The furnace works better than ever and will last us another 10 years at least. He also removed an ancient air conditioner which was not functional, and which had been blocking the main vent for the house. Upon completion of the repair he also did an air quality test. All the work was first rate. We HIGHLY recommend Furnace Connect and Trent. NOTE: Trent charges a little more for evening calls but it is WELL WORTH this small extra charge to have such a great resource. How often do you find someone who even makes evening calls??

Called late Saturday afternoon because my 23 year old furnace would not turn on. He came within an hour. He accessed the furnace, changed the part and now it works. He also fixed my furnace 8 years ago when the fan would not go on. He gave me great advice to save me money on heating. A1 service.

One man business. Showed up on time and did a very thorough job of checking out my furnace. Told me what to look out for and what items I could do myself to save some costs. Made no effort to up-sell anything. In fact, he told me ways to save money. The company is an authorized Carrier dealer. I would recommend this company to anyone that requires quality service at a very reasonable price.

One man company. Furnace stopped working and he arrived within an 1 1/2 of my phone call. Very knowledgable and efficient. Was honest and explained more to me about my furnace. Had to leave and go pickup the part but came back very quickly.
