During another cold spell I had noticed the heat coming out of my vents was on the cool side and the house temperature was not where it should be. I called my trusted furnace company who highly recommended to call Syd from royal energy solutions. Thank goodness I did because the temperature kept declining. Syd arrived in less than an hour and had my furnace up and running again within 10 minutes. He was professional and kind and I don’t feel taken advantage of as I have in so many other situations. Even though I’m sure he was busy, especially due to weather , he did not over charge or make me feel like a nuisance. My children and I are all nice and warm again. Very great full and highly recommend syd.

Syd was dishonest about services he would provide, and put off coming over for two days while my children froze.

He them blamed me for a late bill, that I tried to pay via email transfer, which we would allow me to do.

Syd came out a few times to troubleshoot issues with my furnace. I was quite amazed how quickly he was able to come out. He is very professional and explained things in a way that anyone can understand. He also showed me what I should be doing to maintain my furnace regularly.
