I am thrilled with the service provided by Robin of Fireplace West. He responded quickly to my enquiry and recommended the appropriate gas fireplace for my home. He coordinated the purchase of the fireplace, the installation of the new gas model as well as the finishing work that included tiling and a new mantle. No other company does it all. What is even more important is that it was done with such care and attention to detail. It looks great!

We are very happy with Robin and Fireplace West and love the Napoleon fireplace they installed for us.

They replaced an old wood burning fireplace with an easy to use natural gas fireplace. They also setup the rough in to mount our TV above the fireplace. We are very happy with the professionalism and the quick turn around from initial consult to finished product.

They went above and beyond our fireplace installation, when they replaced the previous faulty (natural gas) bbq line line with a new one. This is the type of company and service that deserves to be promoted in our Ottawa community. Thank you Robin and Fireplace West.

Great advice and information on choices and replacement of 2 wood fireplaces - 1 in 1960s brick and the other in a tiled wall. Work quality and finishing superior, team professional and pleasant.. Highly recommended.

We had Robin out to install our new gas range last summer, and at the same time we had a line put in for a gas barbecue, which we had not yet purchased. When we finally bought the new barbecue a year had gone by, but Robin not only came right out and installed it for us free of charge, he also helped us carry the new barbecue in and the old one out. He offered quality advice on product purchase and maintenance. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly throughout. High quality work and incredible service. Fireplace West installed a Napoleon Haliburton GDS28 propane stove in my living room. It's perfect! A half day only to install stove and venting with minimal fuss. Honest, professional advice right to propane hookup. Fast, efficient, experienced and flexible service. A very competent yet relaxed installation from start to finish. You have my recommendation, Robin!

We were very satisfied with the total install from the first visit to give us an estimate to the finished job. Very professional and excellent to work with. Taking time to explain any questions we had about the operation, caring and maintance. Worked around our schedule and completed in the estimated time.

Robin was recommended to us by a neighbor to convert our wood fireplace to gas. The price was reasonable and the service was best in class. Him and his team were on time and really careful to not damage our newly installed wood floors. Robin took the time to clearly explain the functionality of this new fireplace and how it all worked. Upon request, he did not hesitate and went above and beyond what was originally agreed to by installing a stop valve at a desired location.

Robin and Connor came as promptly as possible to fix a minor problem, bringing an improved remote and wall box, and they also cast a quick glance over the stove at the same time.
