I evaluate Future Perfect Construction based on the following factors: their pricing, quality of product/work and schedule. quotation is clear and transparent, quality of work performed meets most of our expectations. however, I rate the contractor poorly in meeting the contract completion schedule. the contract was signed early May last year, but small portion of work still incomplete with a few deficiencies. the main downside of Future Perfect is their lack of good care for their customer. the materials and parts required for construction activities were not diligently managed by Future Perfect in ordering and their arriving. as a result, the work was not carried out continually by the contractor's trades rather in a fashion of start-stop-wait with long intervals of waiting for them to come back to continue their work. this is main issue with this contractor affecting my rating.

Thank you for the feedback. Your basement has one of the highest quality finishes available. Your choice to reduce/ change the scope resulted in a couple small delays but we agree that the final product was perfect. We hope you enjoy your new living space.
