Had new roof put on last year (2023) and have water issues. Contacted Bill in the winter and he emailed back he would repair when weather got better. Waited until beginning of May and my emails bounced back. Phone number stated it was not accepting incoming calls. Contacted BBB. Finally went to his place of business to learn he sold in August 2023. He obviously never intended to fix when I emailed him in the winter and I am now I am left with cost to fix issues with another business. If any one has his new address or number would love so I can passed on my bill to him. Disappointed this is how he chose to leave his company and his reputation.

I received a super quote for the work involved. They responded in a timely manner, got the work done when they said it would be done and did a super job. The boys were super polite and were willing to go the extra mile to make me happy.
