Furnace & Thermostat Replacement
Distinct Heating & Cooling are total professionals starting with the consultation appt to discuss our needs to replace an old thermostat that was no longer functioning as well as a replacement for the old furnace. An email was sent to say that Nate was on his way and he arrived on the agreed to time... After an inspection of the equipment, Nate explained all of the options available to us and was not in any rush, all of our questions were answered. We had asked for quotes on a couple of different options.. The quotes were emailed back to us in a timely manner. Our decision was made for replacement of both the old thermostat and furnace, the dates were booked.. The day before the install, a reminder email was sent as well as an email the morning of to say the installers were on their way.. All team members arrived on time. Nate and his 2 installers were all so polite, courteous and most of all so very professional... Jobsite was cleaner when they finished the install than when they started. We would highly recommend Distinct Heating & Cooling to anyone that is looking for a new furnace and or air conditioner.. we will be considering the install of an AC unit in the future. Thanks for a job WELL DONE!!!!
