From the not unexpected news that our old, malfunctioning furnace needed to be replaced to waving the installers goodbye the staff at Distinct Heating and Plumbing were all exceptional.
Ed, kind and cheerful, was thorough in showing us how the furnace had worn out over the years. Nate, the owner, spent considerable time in explaining the heating system options with their pros and cons.
The HVAC technicians, Jordan and Kristian, who removed the old furnace, ran ductwork, installed a new chimney liner for the water heater, ran new exhaust and air intake pipes and installed the high efficiency York furnace were professional, experienced, and careful in their work. They were also friendly and were always generous in answering all of our questions as well as explaining the process. They were a joy to work with.
ABCCoring, who cut the holes for the puppies through the basement wall was also excellent. They came, did their work and were out within an hour.
Communication was excellent with this company. They were prompt at returning calls and always sent a text with a photo of the technician and sent follow up texts if they were running a bit late.
I would highly recommend Distinct Heating and Cooling. In addition, the receptionist was also extremely helpful and rearranged our first service call to an earlier time when an opening came up. Working with Nate and team was
