Distinct Heating and Cooling installed my furnace some 8 years ago. Every time that I would call them for service be it regular maintenance or furnace trouble they have always responded promptly. They let you know which technician will be responding, when he will arrive and a picture of the technician.
The last call I had with them was on Friday night Jan 22. Ed was on call. My furnace was not blowing out heat. He asked me to check a few things to see if I can get the furnace to work. I change the batteries in the thermostat and the furnace kicked in. On Saturday morning the furnace was not working again. I called Ed and he came out and did the necessary repairs on Saturday to get the furnace working. What I liked was that Ed explained to me what the issue was, what parts he was replacing and approx how long he was going to be.
