Answered all of our questions, He also repaired a gas fireplace that had been sitting idle for many years and had it working in no time . My ducts were incorrectly installed therefore were taking up a lot of head room in the basement. Bill and his team replaced it all. It transformed the basement and the efficiency of my heating/cooling system. Afterwards, they cleaned up so well, it was as if they were not there.

Pilot light in the fireplace of our two year old home was malfunctioning. Checked Homestars for reliable heating company in the neighbourhood and Bill Ashton at Ashton Heating came up in Oshawa. The glowing reviews prompted us to call him. Bill actually answers his phone anytime you call him! He came over, took a look and said he would order the necessary parts. To our surprise he advised us that he was able to get replacement parts under warranty even though it was over two year since we moved in. Bill is reliable, down to earth and looks after his customers. We will be contacting Bill in the future for servicing our heating and airconditioning. Our pilot light is going strong...We highly recommend Bill and Ashton Heating.

Called Bill about my leaking tankless system. He spent almost an hour on the phone with me & even made a quick stop to look in person (free of charge I might add!) Went well out of his way to get the parts to fix it and within 2hrs had the hot water flowing again!! He even took the time to diagnose and fix a leaking gas line too! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
