Needed a few small jobs done. Grant supplied and installed a set of bypass doors. Tapped and sanded a wall and small ceiling. Built and installed a small door to cover an electrical box. And capped a stair end with plywood. This last one was very nicely done as Grant had to cut out the shape of the stair, nosing and all. Grant's pricing was excellent was and he always left the site very clean. I highly recommend him.

We had a number of small jobs that it is difficult to find a company willing to do. Grant though specializes in this kind of work. He came to our house to discuss the work and then followed up with an estimate. There were approximately ten tasks, the kind of thing that on average take an hour or two each to do, such as installing a wall mounted large screen TV. Grant arrived promptly on the day arranged and set about getting things done without delay. He moved from task to task without taking a break and, amazingly, completed everything in about four hours. He came fully prepared with materials and tools, covered the work area and cleaned up, and, when there were alternatives, made suggestions as to the best way for things to be done.

The great thing for us about hiring Grant is that all of those things that with running around and preparing would have taken us several weekends (assuming we had the tools and the skills to do them ourselves, which we don't), were over and done in a morning. Most importantly though, his work is very professional (he takes obvious pride in doing a good job), his rates are very reasonable (the final bill was as per the estimate), and he's a pleasure to deal with.

We will most certainly be hiring Grant in the future and are in fact already putting together our next list. We have no hesitation at all in giving Grant our highest of recommendations.

We were getting our house ready to sell and had a lot of work that needed to be done. Grant was amazing! I had 2 projects that were not considered 'big' and it was difficult to find a company that would even do an estimate. The balcony is above our garage, and every time it rained it would leak water through. So we got the balcony resurfaced. The renovation included the removing of the old surface layer, clean and sand it down, seam the fills, and added another layer of plywood and the top coating with vinyl sheets. The Silver Dragon's Reno Rescue was very efficient and had most of the work done on the first visit. He was very thorough and precise on the work. The deck now is no longer leaking and all prepare for the winter snow. I am very satisfied with their work!
