New Avenue Boutique Furniture

Just got my second ordered delivered from New Avenue Boutique and they never fail to impress with both quality and experience.
I just completed a reno and with many of my suppliers and trades experiencing major delays New Avenue made the process seamless.
From the great store experience with design and selection to the friendly delivery team that provided White glove service i can not say enough.

Ordered table on December 28, 2021 with P.O. stating 6-8 weeks. Chased call backs and given false arrival dates. Waited 86 days / 12 weeks and 2 days before cancelling. Day after cancellation we received numerous calls from Natalie that table would be arriving that day. Also offered 10% off future orders and free ($50) delivery which equates to less than $12.5 per week compensation. We live approximately 1km from store. Customers should not have to chase for answers and given false expectations. Product delay eventually became the secondary issue. Natalie would not take ownership for her part and instead placed blame on Covid and company that does finishing on table. We are not unreasonable but expect honesty, integrity and promised calls returned post sales. Hope this helps others.

We got a custom bedframe made at this location. The customer service was great the first time we went into the store just to browse as we happened to be in the area and it was the only reason we went back there to look again when we were ready to buy furniture. Jon was very helpful in explaining the details and Natalie was amazing with the follow-up. The bedframe was completed right on time and delivery was made convenient by working with our schedule. The guys who delivered and assembled were very friendly. I'm sure they tried to be as careful as they could going up the stairs as it was a bit tight but three sections of the wall up the stairs were dented and scratched significantly which means we will have to fix & repaint at some point which is unfortunate as we just got the entire house completely repainted. I'm very happy with the quality of the bed - it looks beautiful. My one complaint about the bed is that the wood legs that support the mattress underneath were raw and not stained to the same dark colour as the 4 leg posts which can be seen when standing directly in front of the bed so it really stands out against our dark hardwood floors. I would consider this business for any future furniture needs given their great quality and customer service.

New Avenue Boutique has a great selection of furniture. We purchased an upholstered king bed which they allowed us to customize the style of the headboard and the end result was amazing! Next project is our breakfast table which they have some unique styles for - will definitely recommend and use them again. Customer service was great!
