Chris has been our project manager throughout our massive home renovation. Its literally been a "down-to-the-studs" type of renovation but literally every contractor who has come through the door has told us how lucky we are to have Chris! He is also simultaneously redoing 3 bathrooms in the home, helped with drywall patching, painting, potlight install, etc. as well as managing the incoming/outgoing contractors. He gives detailed weekly reporting on the budget and is very very very honest and trustworthy with sourcing external contractors. He made this entire process MUCH less scary and gave us much more confidence in our first reno. Thanks Chris!!

After the brutal winter the house needed some minor work and at the same time we decided to begin the renovations on the basement. C. Beard was excellent value, courteous and friendly. Renovating an old house is always more complicated than expected however Chris was able to work around any difficulties and we are very satisfied with the results.

I have just completed the renovation of our 30 year old condo and Chris has been a great help and a major part of these renovations. He completely gutted and rebuilt two brand new 3 pc bathrooms and did such a good job! He performed a number of other significant tasks, too. He is a very reliable and trustworthy person, which is an added bonus. I would recommend Chris to anyone!

We live in a home built in 1971 and two of the bathrooms and laundry room had not been modernized. We needed to have all completely rebuilt and modernized, one with a new tub, the other with a new shower. This involved stripping down to studs and sub-floor and building back up with dry wall, flooring painting etc. Of course there were new fan vents to be installed as these weren't required by code in the 70's if you had a window. Chris did a great job getting creative to route these new ducts to the outside. He also did a great job on the ceramic tile for floor, tub surround and shower. Chris helped with suggestions on the Laundry room and it came off fabulous. The great thing about Chris is he always on time and always does it right. We are very glad we used Beard and Associates for our renovation!

We have seen a great deal of Chris's work, and it is superb.
He does custom work, is great with timetable, and quotes.
We have not used him for any major work as yet, but he has helped out with smaller hoe repairs.
