Scheduling mishap but good service at the end
Called to have my LG dryer fixed, was asked to text my information. Minor irritation, as the person I spoke with wasn't super friendly. After an exchange of texts, received confirmation that someone would be at my place between 11-1 the next day. At 1:15 I sent a text as no one had come. I was provided with the number for the technician and told to call him myself. I don't really think that was appropriate and is ultimately the reason why I did not score them higher as a recommendation or satisfaction. The customer should not need to coordinate. When I did reach the technician, he was pleasant and apologetic.
With respect to the quality and speed of service, I was very pleased. The tech swiftly diagnosed and fixed the issue. I can't complain here. He was excellent and speedy. Was in my view overcharged for a part but he had it, and it's still cheaper than a new dryer. I would use this company again but scored lower due to the concerns with service.

1 am sorry to hear that but because the Saturday not full crew is working and also some time be get behind with service,it's easier to coordinate with the techican then I call him the then I call you,after all he make you happy and your dryer is workin.thanks for your feed back
