After two plumber visits and another repair company no show, I called City on a Friday night and his son arrived promptly on Saturday. He was courteous and professional, and made many attempts to correct the problem. When he couldn't resolve it, he refused payment and said, "My dad will come. If he can't fix it, no one can." Sure enough, it was fixed Monday and the communication with the service was excellent. Thanks again!
