I had a great experience with M. Sagoo from City Appliance. M. Sagoo was very friendly, professional, and obviously proficient at his job. He fixed the problem in under 5 minutes and even diagnosed another problem that we did not know we had, that the home inspector should have caught. I was very happy with the service and will be calling this company for any other appliance repairs I need!

Dryer would not heat. Called City Appliance today based on homestars reviews. Was not disappointed. Prompt same day service, polite and courteous. Called after lunch. Was told they would try and send someone in the afternoon or if not then next morning. Phone rang back shortly after and the service person said they would be there in 20 minutes. And he was. Problem was diagnosed and the problem was solved.

Owner and apprentice arrived within 2 hours of my call. Very professional and very courteous. Simple repairs, but I was not made to feel embarrassed. I would recommend his service to others, and I will personally use him again in the future.

Guy arrived the next day after I called and was very professional. Fixed a problem with our dishwasher in about 30 minutes (kink in the line). My only small concern was a bit of water left under the sink which could have been cleaned up before they left. But, overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

Started getting an error code on my dryer, and of course had company and needed the machine working quickly.

I called city appliance around noon, and M. Sagoo arrived within about two hours. He was prompt, friendly and fixed the problem quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone, and will use them again.

M. Sago was prompt, courteous and friendly. There were two separate occasions when we needed appliance repair - washer and dishwasher. In both cases, the work needed was carefully explained and repaired quickly and thoroughly. I would heartily recommend this service to anyone needing appliance repair.

I made an online service request with Paramount Appliance Repair 3 days ago and never heard from them. I called City Appliance today and they were at my house within 2 hours and my dryer was fixed in an hour. The service was great and the repairmen were courteous. Thank you so much.

I contacted City Appliance for 2 repairs jobs, based on Homestars reviews. I was not disappointed. He returned calls promptly and worked around my changing schedule. He completed both repairs professionally and efficiently. I will use this company again.

The dishwasher in my apartment had a slow leak. City Appliance came out the same day I called them. The owner was quick and professional. The service call fee was quite reasonable at $150. The parts seemed to have quite a hefty markup though. I will use the service again if needed in the future.
