I called City Appliance about my broken dishwasher. They were able to come the same day. Repairmen were friendly and knowledgeable. Driver phoned me to let me know that he was going to be late. Good communication. Dishwasher now as good as new. Thanks.

Mr. Sagoo is very professional, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He gave me more options on what to do than his competition. I will be working with him again once we save up enough for the compressor change.

My 25 year old Maytag side by side fridge became very hot on the wall dividing the freezer & fridge compartments. Called Mr. Sagoo in the morning & he was at my house by 3:30 in the afternoon the same day. The condenser fan had quit working & Mr. Sagoo & his son were able to repair it in under an hour. I also had them at another of my residences in Edmonton 3 weeks earlier, to repair my GE fridge as water was leaking from the bottom of the freezer compartment. Again Mr.Sagoo & his son were able to fix the problem in less than 24 hours. Were able to diagnosis the problem quickly, Very courteous, prompt, and friendly. Reasonably priced and very efficient. Would highly recommend Mr. Sagoo for appliance repairs. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again if the need arises.

City Appliance came here the next morning after I called. What I liked is that he did some trouble shooting over tbne phone that gave me the chance of confirming the diagnosis and savingg me the service call. It also helped him be more prepared to fix the issue which turned out to be a faulty door latch. Washing machine is back and running ...no laundry mat required. I recommend City Appliance

Had an emergency and explained over the phone what was happening, Mohinder spoke with me and told me the mother board failed. He fit me in same day and when he arrived, albeit the mother board was 8 years old it was a relay that failed. He fixed that and I saved $500.00. I was very happy with the professionalism and courtesy I was extended.

Had someone else originally come to service my dishwasher and went to run it that night and to no avail it didn't work. City appliances came out had it fixed in no time. Very friendly and efficient service. Thank you

Our Electrolux fridge suddenly showed an error code one night and began dropping in temperature. We initially called another appliance repair company that we've used in the past because they are certified for warranty repairs, but they could not come and have a look for another 4 days. So we called City Appliance at 7:30 in the evening (!) and our call was immediately answered. The technician asked if he could call later in the evening to get a model number and check for the part, which he did as promised. He and his son arrived the following afternoon with the correct part and had the repair finished within an hour or so. We were very happy not to have to wait three more days with no guarantee that it would be fixed by the other company. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

Awesome service, he came in after working hours, got the job done quick and didnt take his time doing it. In less than an hour, he came in, assessed, repaired and left. 10/10

Called in the morning for a water leak from the back of a GE fridge.
They arrived before noon and solved the problem quickly.
Friendly, fast work at a good price.
