I called City Appliance in the evening as my fridge stopped working and was told they would be here the next morning around 11-1, as I needed to go to work he said he would call in advance to let me know when they were on the way so I could leave work. Got the call that they would be there between 12-12:30 and were here at 12:15. Mr. Magoo and his son were very friendly and kind. The switch to the compressor was replaced and fridge was working. A few hours later I noticed that it wasnt getting any colder, so called him back. He was here in a half hour and found that the compressor was shot. So instead of going out to buy a new fridge I had it repaired. Mr. Sagoo even reimbursed me for the switch he put in earlier which was a huge relief to me. Had a few chats as he was working and enjoyed the conversation. I definitely would recommend Mr. Sagoo to anyone and will call him again when needed.

I love Sagoo! He is friendly, funny and he saved me from buying a new dishwasher that Trail told me to do after 2 months of trying to fix it. He fixed it in about 10 minutes and came out the same day I called. Already recommended him to friends.. Quick and knowledgable

Prompt service, polite and professional. Even came out on a Sunday (for a small additional fee). Same day repairs - was in and out within 1/2 an hour. Very happy... will be recommending you!

Showed up quickly and fixed the problem quickly on a Saturday afternoon. Mr. Sagoo was Very Professional and Personable I Highly Recommended him. I normally don't like to have service people in my home, he was definately the exception.

Fast and friendly service, he was even here within 30 min of phoning in. and only took him 15 min to complete the fix ... Wow very impressed with the whole package.

The washer had a busted pump he replaced it with a brand new one and we have been good as gold ever since. Both the Fridge and freezer quit while we were away over the weekend. We called City Appliance first thing when we got home. He was able to come later that day and found and repaired the problem right away. Mr Sagoo was both pleasant and efficient.

I had a very good experience with Mr Sagoo. He is friendly, efficient and most of all very knowledgeable! He replaced the compressor in my 18 month old fridge (they don't make them like they used to!), after laying out the options for me, I really appreciate him walking me through what he was doing - I learnt a lot!

Although he came promptly to check out the fridge because it wasn’t as cold as it should be (my milk was going bad in 2 days), that’s the only good part to this horrible experience. It was after Mr. Sagoo left that the service went downhill. My Whirlpool Fridge started rhythmically knocking. At first I seriously thought someone was knocking on my front door when I realized it was my fridge. It would knock for 5 seconds sporadically, sometimes within 15 minutes, other times it'd be a couple hour intervals between the knocking. I called while I was at work to ask if he could come back to take a look at it, and he said he didn't know how to fix the problem, however, if I went home and stood infront of the fridge to wait for it to make the knocking noise- hold my phone up against it, and have him listen, he could attempt to figure it out. I stood waiting for 45 MINUTES! He didn’t pick up his phone until the fourth ring and had missed it, screw this! He then honestly did not know what was wrong with it, and suggested I live with the noise. Seriously? It was a loud knocking throughout the night! I wouldn't have called a repair service if I didn't need repair! If he didn't know what was wrong, and REFUSED to come to do a full check of the fridge, and then to tell me to do my research to find someone who knows, he should go back to school for being an electrician. My time is my money, and I’ve wasted too much of it with this “electrician”. A week later and my milk was still going bad 2 days prior to the expiry date and I call him to give me a refund of the services so I can just cut my loses and the time I've spent with this company to buy a new fridge, and he said NO, his warranty doesn't cover refunds. Um, SIR, your service was inadequate! The part doesn’t work! I would never wish this company to my worst enemy. On top of the horrible service, he was also incredibly difficult to understand. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
