The outside A/C unit wasn't turning on so Kurt from Jamison came to investigate. We had used them for the replacement of another one of our A/C units and was pleased with their work. Happens to be a loose wire in the unit and he fixed it without charge. He was very professional and courteous and the no-charge was icing on the cake. We would highly recommend Jamison for your HVAC work.

I had a noise coming from the motor in my furnace. I called for help and was told that I need a new furnace. (Arpi's told me this)So I went ahead and got quotes for new furnaces from several companies. Low and behold I was introduced to David at Jamison to come in for a quote. In dealing with David it became clear that what I was wanting in a furnace was a repair on my existing furnace not a new install.. What a wealth of knowledge David is. David gave me a very reasonable quote and so decided to have him come in and service my furnace and have Jamison men install my new water heater and humidifier. David is the most personable professional and efficient person that I have ever had in my home to help out with any repair job. A great asset to the company. On January 8th, 2017 our garage furnace thermostat stopped working. We wanted to wait until Monday to save on costs. My husband has a little work shop in there, and has stains, paints and glues. He was concerned about these products freezing. I called your office this morning, and spoke with a very kind lady who sent Curt out. Our furnace stop working in one of the coldest day in almost three years, I called Schmidt Furnace they were so busy but recommended Jamison Furnace. David came and got our unit working in not time and also provided me with very important information and show me some little work that our unit will need in the future. David came to our house twice to fix our busted motor and blower/fan and to do some maintenance on our humidifier. He was both on-time and under budget. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our house. I'd highly recommend!!

We live in a newer build and didn't expect our 3 1/2 year old furnace to up and quit right when the temperature was beginning to drop (below 0 C° during the night, single-digit during the day) and likely just after we went to bed. Unable to do anything about it until the following day I called around looking for someone who could come late in the afternoon as I was at work. I decided to settle on the company (one of the big ones in town) who installed the furnace initially but was bothered by their "call-out fee plus labour" policy. After calling around I finally reached a reputable plumbing and furnace repair shop who were booked solid, but they knew of someone in particular with an excellent reputation who could likely come by and do the job.

David showed up within his time window, and was quick to diagnose the problem. Having the part on-hand he did the repair in minimal time, explaining some of the critical components and what to look for going forward. He did a quick inspection to be sure all was well and offered some simple maintenance tips. The price initially quoted was the price paid. David is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to chat with during the repair.

Absolutely excellent service! I now have my go-to plumber for any future issues.
