Great work done in a prompt and timely manner. Good workers and they cleaned up nicely. barely knew they were there.

Daniel and the guys were excellent. They listened to our needs and met them completely. Their workmanship was terrific and the whole project was completed in a couple of days. They were also excellent at communicating which seems to be a challenge these days when looking for services.
I would recommend them for any fencing project that you may consider.

Our backyard is open and only boarded on one side with shrubs and maybe 15 ft of fencing (open). We actually got Daniel's contact through a neighbour who got some work done. Daniel was prompt and professional when arriving to give an estimate and able to quickly assess what needed to be repaired as well as outline the details of what we wanted done. The recommendations Daniel provided were modest and reasonable. He didn't try to swindle us by telling us to repair the entire wood fence and said that the posts just needed to be repaired and realigned, which cost us a lot less. The work was done in a timely fashion and he also accommodated our finicky neighbour's requests.

The only "short-coming", if you will, is that Daniel is super busy during the late fall/early winter and I found it a little bit challenging to contact him via email (my preferred mode) but never had an issue to reach him by telephone. There are no complains but I suppose that it would be helpful for customers reading this (who don't know) to recognize that there is a seasonality to his work.

Would certainly recommend him, or do repeat business with him.

We had an old wooden fence built on top of a wooden retaining wall that needed to be repaired/replaced. Daniel came by one evening, thoroughly inspected the situation and explained all of the options available (support the fence with metal posts, set new posts and use the old panels or a full replacement). We decided the best option was a complete rebuild. The team at Element Fence did an outstanding job. Daniel and his team overcame a series of unexpected issues with the soil and retaining wall (attending significant time to the project), but never thought once about charging more than the original quote. The crew were all local guys who were friendly, respectful and dedicated to the task at hand. We're very happy with our decision to use Element Fence.

Our chain linked fence dividing our mutual drive really needed to be removed. Even though it was a small job, Daniel quickly answered my questions and gave me a quote via email, and minutes later, he came by my house to insure the job could be done.

Their team was polite and removed the fence in no time. On top of it all, Daniel said he over estimated the job quote and reduced it accordingly! That never happens! I highly recommend them. Trustworthy service is hard to come across these days. I will certainly use them again to rebuild our fence when the time comes. Thanks Daniel and your team!

I needed a very old fence replaced with shared fencing on both sides. My neighbour and I were very impressed with Daniel as he suggested an original solution for one section of her fence. It was less than a month from paying our deposits to having the work started. Daniel had to accommodate three owners with slight variations so our costs were slightly different. He was very accommodating. The crew was excellent, putting in long days in the heat of August. I would highly recommend this company.

Daniel & his team at Element Fence removed & installed approximately 50' of new fence at the end of our backyard. The fence was old, battered and deeply in need of replacement. Our experience with him and the team was EXCELLENT for multiple reasons. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: He was aware of recent quality issues with brown sienna which he did not use for our installation. Instead he used green pressure treated lumber. FLEXIBILITY: Our installation date was dependent on us securing a variance from the City to build a fence higher than the bylaw permitted. We also wanted the fence installed on a day on which I worked at home so that I could be present for the install. Daniel was very accommodating in working around the variance & our schedule. INTEGRITY: Daniel came to our home to provide the quote himself. He presented well and made reference to being honest & working with integrity. It reflected in their work and my dealings with them. The team ran into issues with some undetected concrete when digging for the posts. As a result, the team had a hard time with the dig & had to space the posts at intervals different than originally planned. In discussing with Daniel he noted that he normally charges extra for more difficult digging. Instead, he noted that he is a consumer and understands business from the customer perspective. He waived any additional charges. SPEED: They tore down & erected the 50' of fence in a day. Much faster than other quotes I had received. Cleanup was quick & efficient. QUALITY - The fence looks great and we're very happy to have that extra bit of privacy. Thanks to Daniel and his team for a well done professional job. It was a pleasure working with them. We would definitely secure Element Fence's services for future jobs and would highly recommend them for your fencing needs.

Daniel and his crew replaced our gates and installed a fence for us. Since our gates join one another, our neighbour requested that Daniel replace his as well, and match it to ours. He told us afterwards, how very pleased he is with his new gate, the workmanship, and Daniel.
