Mountain Fresh Water Filters

Our kitchen water filter developed a small leak after 2.5 years of continuous service. Once discovered, I called Mountain Fresh the next morning at 8 am. 45 minutes later a technician arrived and replaced the unit within 5 minutes. No charge as the unit is under warranty for 3 years. Great service for a great product.
