Scott took over from where another duct cleaning company left off. He showed up on time, they confirmed that time the day before and they called to confirm the address on the morning of. They came within 1 1/2 days so that we could use our A/C again (luckily it was a cool June day while we waited for them to make it) as the last duct cleaners told us to not use the A/C until the system is finished being cleaned. Scott took time to explain what was to be done, showed us the powerful system their truck has that was specially designed to be on the truck for, and what others did wrong and what they do from top to bottom. I would call these guys in a minute in the future. Don't get "wagjagged" or "socialed"--you get what you pay for!!

Great service on time and detailed. 10 step Medical Grade process. Very clean and professional. New truck with cyclonic technology very impressive. Full service for Air Quality testing too. Thanks to the two guys in the crew.
