One of the best customer service experience we had!

We were looking for AC purchase and installation, We had 3-4 companies give us quotes including Reliance Home Comfort. We're amazed with the friendliness and professionalism of the Reliance Home Comfort team, starting from Daniel from Sales to Kieth, Darryl, Farid and Darren from Installation.

Daniel made sure we are comfortable during each step of the sales process, we went over multiple brands and options to finalize a Lennox. He got us a great deal, took care of some minor upgrades we needed to run a smart thermostat, and upgraded it to a Nest thermostat. In addition the maintenance included our 10 year old furnace as well.

Darryl and Keith installed the AC for us, they educated us and kept us updated at every step. In addition to the install, the wired the thermostat and moved it to another location in the house. They inspected our existing equipment and found a leak in the water tank which had been troubling us for few days. Daniel ensured we had a working hot water tank the very next morning, Farid and Darren worked on the installation and again kept up with the great experience we had with Reliance.

The best thing was that all of them gave us their honest opinion, that we didn't need a premium 17 SEER AC in Calgary or for a Tank-less vs Tank water heater discussion. We chose the products we liked, Daniel made the deal work for us and Installation team made sure we had everything the way we wanted, and educated us on equipment use and upkeep.

Overall it was a very smooth and quick transaction. Our initial expectations were to have the best brand at the best price. Reliance added flexibility, customer friendliness and their expertise to ensure we had trust, confidence and long-term business with them!
