I reached out to Jeff to get a quote for our range and BBQ gas line. He was on time, friendly and gave me a couple different options and pricing, depending on what I wanted to do. He was flexible on price and timelines and the work was done quickly, without delay or forgotten parts, with little to no disruption. Overall the quality was high and I was impressed, no hidden fees or 'I forgot to mention' add ons.

Jeff was open, honest and friendly, making the whole process easy and straightforward. He even threw in a couple cook books as part of a promo the company was doing - definitely a first!

I was looking for a hot water tank to replace my 23-year old rental tank. Jeff from Family Comfort was very prompt in dropping by and providing quotes for some different options.

I decided to buy my own tank (found one on clearance) and have Jeff do the installation. He did an excellent job with the installation, and even made an additional follow-up trip to make some enhancements and replace some optional components, at no extra cost to me.

Jeff took my call for service personally, showed up the following day on time as agreed and did a great job on the install and charged the price that was quoted. He also took the time to answer some of my other natural gas/appliance related questions which I appreciated it. I Could not ask for better service and I highly recommend Jeff and his company to others.

We needed a gas line installed for our BBQ and we called for an estimate and Jeff came out and gave us a quote that same day. He was very professional and didn't pressure us at all. We decided to book with him and the appointment was made within the week. He was prompt and did the job neatly and the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Looking for a gas fitter to run a gas line for our new range, we stumbled upon Jeff and his company and we could not be happier with our choice. Jeff was quick to return initial call, exceptionally informative and knowledgeable, and willing to work with our schedule. Jeff suggested that he could do the installation on a Sunday since the stove was delivered on a Saturday which we found extremely accommodating. The work he performed was very professional and thorough. We also appreciated that he took the time to explain the process as he worked, as well as provided a solution for installing a gas BBQ in the future. Overall we are extremely happy with the work done by Jeff, and we will not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Jeff's work and service were both outstanding. The first time he stopped by, he scoped out the project and provided me with a couple of options, before taking the info away and providing a quote. When he came back to perform the work, he assisted in prying up 4 deck boards in order to run the gas line in the most convenient place possible, and nailed them back down upon completion - totally out of his 'scope' of work I would say, but nonetheless he did it. Because I didn't have my grill at the time of the gas line install, he then came back a couple weeks later to finish the hook-up, and answered every single question I asked him along the way with nothing but patience - he wanted to make sure I felt totally comfortable with the new gas line. When I fired up the grill for the 2nd time this past weekend, there didn't appear to be any gas flowing through the line. I called and left a message for Jeff (on a long weekend) and he called back within the hour. We troubleshot the issue over the phone and off I went! Could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish with Family Comfort. I even referred him to a friend and they said the same thing!

Great service! Jeff did a very thorough walk through the house to ensure we'd be upgrading to the right type of tank for our situation. He helped talk me out of a much more expensive tank because it wasn't right for our situation.

Once we figured out the right tank, installation was a breeze. Took efforts to make sure they didn't leave a mess. Dog friendly too, which is always a big plus!

New tank is working great, very happy with this purchase.
