Family Comfort

Our furnace stopped working in the dead of winter. We called Family Comfort at 7pm and Jeff was at our door by 7:20. I have never experienced such quick service! He was very professional. He walked my husband through the problem and the solution (in case it happened again). He was fast and efficient. He gave us a very fair price and left us his card in case any further issues arose. I definitely recommend Family Comfort!

Jeff, the owner, came by to survey both inside and outside to see where best to run a gas line to the bbq. Two days later Jeff returned and was able to put a line in through the ceiling in the basement to the outside. He even coloured the caulking at the shut-off valve. Great work!

I needed a gas line installed in a home I purchased - the friendly technician from Family Comfort (Jeff) stopped in on moving day to determine the scope of the work and returned the next day to complete the job. He also provided advice with respect to the future installation of a gas insert in the fireplace. Excellent work, and a quick response - I feel very comfortable recommending the company to anyone and will repeat my business once I decide on a gas fireplace!

Would highly recommend using this company! Jeff went above and beyond to get us set up with our new gas stove and appliances, even returning to help sort out a problem we had with our fridge that was unrelated to his work. Cost of work was also very reasonable after collecting three quotes from other companies.

I decided to put a natural gas BBQ in my backyard but did not have a gas line to do so.
Jeff was very professional and courteous throughout the transaction from quoting to completing the work and doing so at the quoted price. He discussed the project with me looking at the various options to determine where would be the best place for the BBQ, he completed the work and cleaned up such that the work area was cleaner than when he started. He then walked me through what he had done making sure I knew all of the pertinent details and made sure that all of my gas connections were up and running when he turned the gas back on.
I would certainly recommend Jeff as I was happy with the service provided, I'm now looking forward to lots of summer BBQ's on a nice gas grill :-)

Not only did they do a great job they were amazingly professional arriving on time and completing the job in no time. They were clean friendly and proficient and even came back to make sure I connected our new gas oven correctly. Top notch service.
