1st visit (Friday night) 3 days after calling Assurion for warranty repair. COMPRESSOR REPLACED (a lot of huffing and puffing and lighting and relighting his propane torch)
-morning after not cooling.
call again (Saturday) and put on "excalation list. "3 - 5 business days quoted.
Tuesday I have to call. - technician will be out in 3-5 business days.
2nd visit (Friday night again) he sees compressor leaking and super hot. says the cooling fan that cools the frigerant is not working. "Will see if part is in stock and come out "ASAP""
called ARSE today (Tuesday) 9:55am on hold for 45 minutes then call hung itself up.
called again now 1:30pm. "yes part is in, but we already set the schedule for technicians, IF YOU CALLED BEFORE 10AM we would have sent a technician tomorrow, but it will be Thursday"
Bad customer support. EXCALTION MEANS NOTHING.
WILL NOT USE THIS COMAPNY AGAIN IF I HAVE A CHOICE.
