I called because my LG washing machine was broken. Very few places repair LG appliances. I had to wait over two weeks to get an appointment.
The repairman was very nice and we had to order a part to complete the repair. The part was in stock and I was assured it would be available the next day.
I called for a follow up appointment that day, and was told they will not book a follow up appointments until the part is in.
I told them I didn't want to wait a long time for another appointment, as we had no dishwasher and wanted to secure an appointment time for this week. They refused to make the appointment. By the time the part was in, there were no more bookings available for new appointments that week, so I had to wait another week with no dishwasher.
It's been over three weeks since I called and we still have no functional dishwasher.
