I contacted Climax for a quote based on their great reviews. Sam came to do an estimate within a couple hours of my call. He had lots of great information about Enbridge rebate programs, and clearly explained different models of AC/Furnace & their warranties.

Great communication re: scheduling the install. Sam's installers were fast and clean. They did a very tidy install in my tight mechanical room - intakes & exhaust pipes are routed smartly and previously poor access is much improved.
