I selected this company based on the reviews. An inspection was done and the central air which was installed 35 years ago was not working properly. 2 employees came to the house later in the afternoon and worked non stop for 61/2 hours installing a new central air unit. Our home is now nice and cool. Thank you Sam for sending an amazing team for the installation. Would highly recommend this company and the amazing team who installed our new unit.

I selected this company based on Homestars reviews, and wasn't disappointed. Rod came over to service our furnace and air conditioning unit in a house we were moving in to. He did a thorough job, explained whatever he was doing. He indicated common problems we were to expect with the units since they were over 20 years old and what to watch out for, but didn't try to upsell anything. Very pleased with the quality of work and will definitely engage this company in the future.

Ramin of Climax Air arrived half an hour after our call for service and found that our 20+year old AC compressor was not turning on which indicated low Freon. Because freon is not being used in AC units any more, our only option was to buy a new unit. Climax was able ro arrange a crew to install a new, Amana, unit the following day., and called to confirm the installation. The crew arrived when scheduled. A couple of hours into the work, Sam, the company owner came by personally to see that the installation was being done properly. The location of the unit was in a treed area next to the house and was tricky to work in; however, the crew managed to get the AC unit on a flat surface so that it is leveled. I was very impressed with the professional quality of the initial service call, the installation and the follow up. I will always call Sam at Climax Air Conditioning for all my AC and Heating services.

Reza was extremely professional - highly responsive and flexible with scheduling. Our thermostat that was already showing issues finally conked out. I went on Homestars and received a call almost immediately, and when I explained that it was urgent, he was able to come by the same day. Would highly recommend working with this company and with Reza in particular.

I needed 2 Wi-Fi thermostats installed in my home. After putting out the call on HomeStars, Climax Heating and AC was the first company to call me. We discussed what needed to be done, arranged a time and date and Reza showed up on time and completed the job efficiently and was a great help. He tested everything and all was good. Would definitely use them again!

I picked Climax based on their great Homestars reviews. While the technician was friendly and personable, there were some problems during the installation process that could have been better including clearer communication and confirming everything was in working order after the installation. Once the owner Sam was made aware of the issues, he called me right away to talk things through and gave me more context which I appreciated. I'm updating my review as a result.

My exhaust vent motor in my furnace started to make a loud noise. Called them and MR R came in and confirmed the problem right away. He was professional, respectful and appeared knowledgeable. He was able to get the part and replace it within a day. His workmanship was very professional but broke a minor piece of a support bracket to get the job done quicker (not a big deal but could have been avoid if wasn't rushing). I would definitely recommend his work and Climax.
