Very satisfied with KANVI in general.
We like their open concept in design and the elegance in the details. They did not offer thousands of selections at the designing phase. But for us, this was actually good because both my wife and I are not very artsy. KANVI interior designer has narrowed down the selection for us and we were able to pick our options fairly easily. We love the end result!
Dealing with smaller builders has its advantages. We contacted with KANVI's CEO or president at times and their responses have been quick, effective and courteous. All of their staff, including the Interior Designer, Project Manager and site superintendents have been highly professional and we are very happy with the services we received.
\We signed the purchase agreement in March and took possession in January the next year. The build process is on schedule in general and the quality of the work is top notch. Of course, there are still little problems here and there, but KANVI has been quick to respond and fix so far.
All in all, highly recommended builder.
