An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Thomas was highly recommended to us. He previously designed a wonderful custom home in Etobicoke for a work associate. We hired Marzotto Architect to design a renovation and addition to our Toronto home. The project consisted of a total gut of the house. We listed our many needs and they followed through with wonderful work. The design did a fantastic job of maintaining the character of our home while working with some challenging site and interior conditions. The design team was very professional, patient and flexible.
They were swift in their planning phase and their expertise was critical to meet the challenges of an old structure and outdated house. They listened well to our tastes and made good suggestions and changes as needed. The entire team is patient and professional and we would highly recommend them for any small or large project.
