Efficient Energy Solutions are such an awesome cohesive team. They are very knowledgeable and so pleasant to have come and service their original installations over the last 15 years. They answer any questions I have and always leave tips on what I can do between service calls to make my systems work their best. They are prompt, efficient and have a great sense of humor to boot.
I wouldn't consider having anybody else. I always recommend them to my friends/family and just had them install a whole house package of HE furnace, Merv filtration system, Hepa air cleaning system, humidifier and Eco-B5 Smart thermostat control in my daughter's new house. They were finished in exactly the time they said it would take (6 hours) and were helpful teaching her about the new installations as always.

I had Ward come out to install an air-conditioner for my family in Sherwood Park. He was accommodating and friendly right from the start. Even when building the initial quote he was incredibly transparent about any extra costs that could potentially arise. After completing the job he took the extra time to make sure that everything was left pristine, took me through how to troubleshoot any issues and all the work that was done and the changes he made. Overall extremely impressed with the experience!

We needed a full furnace replacement - our 20+ year old furnace was going to die one day soon. I like a couple things about their work.

As a small company, there is a very personal touch to the service. They listened carefully to what we thought we needed done and provided good suggestions on the options available.

The initial quote they gave for the replacement was essentially the final price barring a change due to an addition required to make the furnace fit the house. I.e a customization.

They were careful and clean in all the work they did. Things had to be moved out and in over hardwood etc. And appropriate coverings were in place throughout the work.

They respected our time and theirs. A busy company, they needed to schedule the work along with the other jobs they did. Basically, once they made an appointment to come to the house, you could rely on their arrival within an hour or less of the scheduled time. No hanging around wondering when they would arrive.

They conducted extra research when the installed furnace seemed a bit noisy. They conferred with the manufacturer to learn what they could do to make it better. And, they returned on their time to actually make it better.

I have no hesitation in recommending them and would use their services again.
