Jeremy helped create and finalize a plan for our additional of 2264 sf and 926 sf garage as well as renovation of our 2000 sf original 1970's home. He was easy to work with and had very creative solutions to some truly difficult situations, Jeremy has excellent communications skills and provides fabulous value for services.

I was in a predicament when another drafting firm wasted a month doing incomplete / incompetent work. I searched for another firm that could get my project back on track and I needed it quick. Jeremy listened to my story and agreed to meet me the next day even though he already had a heavy work load. We quickly exchanged information about what I required. I could tell he was both qualified and experienced by the quality of his questions and his ability to grasp the projects needed outcome.

Jeremy you got me out of a bind when no others would even listen. There is no one else I would consider for my next projects.

In the end his price was more than fair and the quality of the work was superb. It isn't the price per hour that anyone should focus on. The level of JTech understanding provides an excellent value for the money spent.

My wife and I were in the market to have a custom home designed when we came across a recommendation from our neighbors. Jeremy, of J-Tech Drafting Ltd., had done their house designed, and as we had been through their house many times and loved it, we decided to go with him to design our home as well.

We couldn't be happier with how the process went so smoothly. As well, Jeremy's attention to our specific needs showed how well he listened and his super friendly personality made us feel completely at ease.
